Why should I place my ad here instead of another FSBO site?

• Simply because we only specialize in the sale of condominiums and cooperatives. If you were going to have a heart operation, would you go to a foot doctor? Probably not, specialization is the key.
• Our target market are condominium buyers, internet statistics say that about 70% of home buyers start their search on the internet. Imagine what the percentage is for condominium buyers who are younger and more tech savvy?

How long will it take to get my ad placed and what will it look like ?

• Usually the ad will be placed within 2 business days depending on the photos you submit and whether they have to be edited or not. By submitting photos you give us the right to edit size within our standards.
• Ad link will be placed directly from your complex within the State page to the ad.

What is the cost to place an ad and how long will it run ?

• $29.99 UNTIL IT SELLS
• The ad will run until the unit sells. We will automatically erase the ad after six months unless we hear from you that it did not sell, then it can run until you let us know it has been sold.

How many photos and text can I include and how do I make changes ?

• Up to 6 photos can be included, if you would like more just let us know.
• Just e-mail us any changes and we will take care of it at no cost.

How do I submit and ad, and what payments do you accept ?

• Ads can be submitted here.
• We accept checks and payment via PayPal which accepts most major credit cards.

How will I get inquiries from my ad and how many will I get ?

• They will be sent directly to your e-mail box when the inquiry is made, or they will call you with the number you provide.
• There is no way of telling how many you will get, it all depends on your complex, price you put on it and demand within your market area.

What happens if I decide to list with an Real Estate Agent at some point ?

• You can either cancel you ad with us.
• You can ask the agent for an "Exclusive Agency" listing which means that you have the right to sell it on your own also.
• You can keep the ad going and give the leads to your agent for a discounted commission if they agree.
